Sitting Up By Myself

Faith has gotten pretty good about sitting up on her own....she still will topple over when she finds a toy that she becomes interested in and would rather play on her back or tummy. :)

Sippy Cup....

So Faith has started to experiment with her new sippy cup....she doesn't quite have it down. She knows how to hold the handles and realizes that she needs to put it in her mouth, but doesn't know how to drink the water from the cup....

Taylor's Bridal Shower

Faith and I had an enjoyable time at Taylor's bridal shower on Saturday....Faith enjoyed meeting Taylor and seeing Virginia again.....the roommates were back together again (it was long overdue)....minus the bad seed....:)

Happy Half-Brithday!!

Today is Faith's 6 month birthday!! She is getting so big!! We went to the doctor this morning and got more shots....ouch...but Faith was a trooper and only cried a little bit. She now weighs 15 pounds! She officially weighs more than Sebastian the cat...who weighs a little over 14 pounds! She is progressing nicely with her height at 27 1/2" which puts her in the the 90% percentile.....

We are going to start our next adventure soon.....and that is trying to use the sippy cup. :) I am sure Faith will get the hang of it before we know it. Now if we can only get Faith to sleep through the night on a consistent basis....she slept through the night last night. :)

Faith is getting close to sitting up by herself and her new favorite thing is sticking her tongue out. She rolls like crazy all over the family room. She has tons of energy....she must get that from her Uncle Matt.
