Anniversary Dinner at Fogo de Chao

Keith and I celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary at Fogo de Chao. The food was so good.....we ate way too much! The atmosphere in the restaurant was great!

Playtime!!

Matt & Tara's Housewarming Party

Matt & Tara had a Housewarming Party a few weeks ago....we had a fun time...there was so much yummy food. :) Their house is soooooooooo nice!! Faith had fun spending time with her great-aunts and great-uncles.

This is their new kitten, Trouble....I think he looks more like he should be named Cheeto though. :)

Run for the Rose

We showed our support for the Dr. Marnie Rose Foundation and participated in the Run for the Rose 5K. Half of the money goes to Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital and the other half goes to M.D. Anderson for brain cancer research....both very worthy causes.

We ended up doing the Kids 1K and Faith slept the whole time....she got a medal for her hard work. :) Virginia, Roberto & Luca joined us in the fun this year. Faith got to meet Topper for the first time too!

Chuck E. Cheese

We went to Nicholas' 4th Birthday party the weekend of the 5th....and of course I forgot my camera, so I only have a few pictures to share. I can't believe Nicholas is already 4.....where has the time gone?

Here is Faith riding the Bob the Builder ride at Chuck E. Cheese. I think she had a good time. She enjoyed looking at all of the bright lights. :)

Here is Faith on the Chuck E. Cheese ride. :) She can barely see over the metal bar. I need to find the picture of her Uncle Matt riding this same ride when he was younger and post for you all...it would be fun to see it again after all of these years.

Easter with the O'Connors Part 1

We had Easter lunch with Keith's parents and Grannie O'Connor had an Easter Egg Hunt for the young ones...Faith enjoyed chewing the plastic eggs...maybe next year she will be able to hunt for the eggs herself....:)

Easter Sunday Pictures

I remember every Easter growing up, my family and I would always take an Easter picture together after church, so I thought I would continue that tradition with Faith. Here is our little family in front of our house.

Visiting the Easter Bunny

Faith got to visit the Easter Bunny at the local YMCA on the Saturday before Easter....they had Easter egg hunts for the older kids.....funny story - as we were waiting for the Easter Bunny to arrive the Easter egg hunt was about to take place for kids 6-12. A YMCA worker was playing some games with the kids before the start of the Easter egg hunt....he instructed the kids to stay in place until the music started and then the Easter egg hunt would start....well someone accidentally turned the music on, so all of the kids started running off to get the precious plastic eggs with the goodies inside....the workers were yelling for the kids to stop and come back because they still had a few minutes before the hunt was supposed to start......needless to say, they couldn't stop the kids and the egg hunt started early....No big deal until you had a few parents complaining that their kids didn't get any eggs because either they arrived a few minutes after the hunt 'started' or their kids listened to the teachers and came back after the music accidentally came on......I felt sorry for those kiddos....but parents complaining about something they couldn't change like that, I didn't see the point and after all.....this was a FREE event at a YMCA.....that the YMCA didn't have to do for the community. Just a little recap of our Saturday at the Y with the Easter Bunny. :)

Keith's Birthday in Kemah Part 5

Keith got some great gifts for his birthday, the most memorable is going to be from this little guy, Milan....Keith was holding Milan on his lap and got a big SURPRISE left behind on his shorts....unfortunately Keith didn't have a change of clothes, so we had to suffer in the car with the smell all the way home....needless to say Keith had an unforgettable 30th birthday.
