Pickin' Berries

Last Sunday, we went to Plantersville (King's Orchard) to pick berries. Here's Faith all ready to go! We ended up picking blackberries and blueberries.

The fields of fruit!

It took her a while, but she finally figured it out what we were pickin' and helped herself to a midday snack.

Here's Faith before pickin'...

...and after!! WOW! That's a lotta berries!!

Waterbabies Class

I went with Faith to a Waterbabies class at my father-in-law's health club on Saturday for the first time. Keith has been going with her the past 3 times. We sang songs and practiced kicking and moving her arms. Faith really is a water bug and enjoys being in the pool.

Matt & Tara's Wedding Day

We had an awesome visit to Las Vegas last week for Matt & Tara's wedding. I will post Vegas pictures soon. Here are some pictures from their actual wedding day.

Congratulations Matt & Tara!

Here are Matt & I in the elevator at the hotel on the way to the chapel.
Doesn't he look like a nervous wreck?

Matt & Keith in the cab on the way to the chapel. He still looks nervous to me.

Mom, Matt & Keith in the cab. Matt looks a little less nervous.

Here we are at the Graceland Wedding Chapel before the ceremony.

Here are a few pictures of Tara in her beautiful dress before the ceremony.

Here is Tara with her maid-of-honor, Kristie.

After the ceremony!! (The chapel doesn't allow personal photography inside the chapel)
Now they can relax. :)

In the limo ride to the restaurant for the wedding celebration dinner.

We had dinner at this great Italian restaurant called Casa di Amore off of the strip. The food was really good and they took good care of us.

I got these yummy cupcakes delivered from Retro Bakery. Aren't they fancy looking.....tasted great too!

Matt & Tara were congratulated by the lounge singer and he sang a song to them and had the restaurant give them a round of applause.

They even got to have the traditional first dance.

As the "Best Person", I gave a toast to the new married couple. I did my best to try and not cry, but I couldn't help myself. I am so happy for the two of them. I have a new sister-in-law!! Yea!

Here are a few after dinner pictures at our hotel, New York New York.
