Easter Fun with Cousins

Faith and Milan played dress up at their grandparents' house on Easter weekend. Faith was a princess and Milan was Spiderman.

The cousins had a wagon ride down the street.
Enjoyed an Easter Egg Hunt together.

Enjoyed opening Easter baskets that the Easter Bunny brought while they were on the egg hunt.
And overall just had a fun time playing with each other and their grandparents and great-grandparents.

Last Sunday, we spent some fun time outside. First we flew a kite...

Last Saturday, we spent the day at City of Sugar Land's pre-Easter Celebration with Faith's cousins Milan & Nikola, and Faith's cousins' cousins (Nikky & David). See all the fun stuff Faith got to do.

Update - Run for the Rose

We had a great time at Run for the Rose a few weekends ago. The weather was a little cool in the morning, but we had a great time supporting such a worthy cause. Faith was such a trooper for us!

Run for the Rose - this Sunday!

Does anyone want to participate in Run for the Rose with us this Sunday morning? It is such a worthy cause and I have participated each year since it started. We always have fun when we participate. We participate in the non-competitive run/walk.....and I have to be honest, I mostly walk, but hey it is exercise.

Keith's Birthday Party/Weekend

We celebrated Keith's birthday on Saturday at the house with some family and friends. Keith decided he wanted to have a crawfish boil for his birthday and the crawfish turned out great....so yummy and Faith is even a fan. I couldn't peel them fast enough for her. We had a great time spending time with friends and family. I am sorry to disappoint, but there will be no pictures or mention of the "cinnamon challenge.""Make a Wish!"

Miss Elena got to meet a lot a new people today and was such a good baby....

Miss Faith played so much on Saturday that she was exhausted at the end of the day and ended up falling asleep on the couch. So sweet!

Keith had the pleasure of having Lance Zierlein sit in front of us with his family. at church today. A few of you may know who he is. He is a local sports radio guy on 1560 The Game. We see them at church on a regular basis, but have never sat that close to them. I know Keith enjoys listening to him and John Granato in the mornings on the drive to work. I tried to get Keith to ask for a shout-out since it was his birthday, but he didn't. (Josh, I know you are jealous you missed out.)

We were surprised by a brief hail storm after church on Sunday.....had to take a few pictures because that doesn't happen very often.

"Faith in the Box"

I promise I didn't put Faith in the box....she did it of her own free will....but she does look so helpless in the picture. I took some video to prove that she sat in the box by herself. What is it with kids and boxes? They just love them. :)
